Our installation process
We keep the process straightforward and hassle free.
It begins with you getting in touch to arrange a convenient appointment. We then carry out a full site survey, discuss your requirements and recommend a system based on your space and how it is used. You will receive a clear quotation with no hidden extras.
Once approved, we schedule the installation at a time that suits you. In most cases, work can begin within 14 days of quotation acceptance.
On the day of installation, our engineers:
Remove footwear and protect surrounding areas
Cover or carefully move nearby furniture where required
Measure and mark fixing points accurately
Use diamond core drilling with vacuum extraction to minimise dust
Install internal units and neatly route pipework to the external condenser
Fit and secure the external condenser unit
We always aim to complete installations with minimal disruption while maintaining the highest standard of workmanship.
Testing, commissioning and handover
Once installed, the system is thoroughly pressure tested using dry nitrogen to ensure there are no leaks. We then vacuum the system to remove moisture before charging it with refrigerant.
After commissioning, we fully test the system to confirm everything is operating correctly. Before leaving the site, we will walk you through the controls, explain how to get the best performance from your system and answer any questions you may have.
We leave every site clean and tidy, with your new system ready to use.
Ongoing Support
Installation is only part of the service. We also offer ongoing maintenance agreements to ensure your system continues to operate efficiently and reliably.
Regular servicing helps extend the lifespan of your equipment and maintain performance year after year. We can arrange scheduled visits to clean, check and test your system, giving you complete peace of mind.
