Preventative maintenance plans
All Daikin equipment supplied and installed by Air Works comes with our standard five year preventative maintenance plan, which includes two service visits per year. During each visit, our engineers will:
Clean and inspect internal and external units
Check filters, coils and electrical components
Test system performance and controls
Identify and address potential issues early
We can also tailor maintenance plans to suit your specific requirements, whether you operate a single domestic unit or multiple commercial or industrial systems.
For other manufacturers, equipment typically comes with a three or one year guarantee depending on the brand. We are happy to advise on warranty coverage and ongoing servicing options.
We also provide maintenance contracts for systems installed by other companies.
Air conditioning breakdowns
If your system develops a fault, our engineers can provide a prompt diagnosis and clear quotation for repair.
If your equipment is still within its guarantee period, repairs will be carried out in line with manufacturer terms. For systems outside of warranty or installed by another contractor, we are still happy to help.
We work with all major brands, including Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Panasonic, Fujitsu, Carrier, LG and many others, both past and present models.
